The nature is the center of our thinking. Our being is not separable from it. Circuit thinking forms our work and our goal is to naturalize tourism. At the beginning of our efforts, organic food had been our focus. In the meantime, it also is the naturalness of our furnishing, the construction biology, our waste disposal and our energy supply. Only what has been thought through as a whole is permanent. We want to manage our hotel consistently with nature, together with organic farmers, carpenters and suppliers.
